Your experience and understanding of Microsoft’s productivity technologies will be essential for executing service delivery, engaging in sales discussions, conducting readiness assessments, and scoping projects. You’ll drive successful implementations, migrations, and positive user experiences using your expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform technologies, CoPilot, Purview, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, this position operates 40 hours per week, with business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role demands the ability to balance multiple project priorities and deadlines with potential requirements for after-hours work and/or travel based on project needs.
This position is critical to the success of our clients, with the Consultant, Modern Productivity playing an integral role in client engagement.

Compensation
The position is a full time, salaried position. Compensation is expected to be between $80,000 - $95,000 commensurate with skills, experience, and abilities.Job Description

What You’ll Do Here
- Build partnerships with client stakeholders, fostering close communication and establishing strong relationships.
- Implement productivity solutions by understanding client business and technical requirements.
- Execute, and maintain Modern Productivity associated managed services.
- Participate in technical escalations, assisting other teams when required.
- Provide technical guidance to other IX Solutions teams, helping them find solutions.
- Contribute to team-owned best practices and standards and communicate them to other teams.
- Create training materials and participate in user-adoption sessions to ensure clients actually love and use the tools you build.
- Develop, document, and maintain processes and procedures related to project delivery & managed services.
- Participate in identifying when new best practices are required.
- Participate in peer reviews, confirming work product, especially if it is a new client or technology.
- Implement and develop efficiencies in the delivery of managed services, by looking at ways to complete delivery “at scale”.

Technical Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify opportunities for improvements and project requirements.
- Deliver technology services the “IXS way”, e providing superior client experience.
- Provide technical escalation support to other teams in the following technology areas, as well as complimentary technologies:
- Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite.
- SharePoint.
- OneDrive.
- Teams.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).
- Build and optimize workflows, approval processes, and basic apps.
- Forms.
- Purview.
- DLP & Retention.
- eDiscovery.
- Hybrid Exchange & Exchange Online.
- Teams Voice.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- CoPilot Agents.
- CoPilot Studio.
- Azure AI Services (Cognitive Services, Azure Open A, Agents SDK).
- Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite.
- Implement and support managed services, projects, escalations and other deliverables such as:
- SharePoint Implementation.
- Office 365 Adoption including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and others.
- Microsoft 365 Tenant Migrations.
- Operational Managed Services.
- Data Security Assessment and Remediation.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption.
- Microsoft OneDrive Adoption.
- Microsoft Teams and Teams Voice Adoption.
- Automation and Business Process Development using Power Platform.
- Third-Party Backup Solution Implementation and Management.
Qualifications/Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, IT support, or a related role focused on Microsoft technologies and productivity solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and migration tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and data compliance.
- Intermediate PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph skills.
- Working knowledge of SAML-based federation for cloud-based applications.
- 2+ years experience with the configuration, management and governance of Power Platform. (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to specific client needs.
- Experience in change management and user training is preferred.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700).
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate (MS-721).
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600).

Requirements
